Charlotte Lathrop is a Wargaming Assistant at the National Defense University’s Center for Applied Strategic Learning (NDU-CASL). She joined CASL in February 2023. Previously, she worked at various international development organizations focusing on countering violent extremism, and monitoring and evaluation. In addition, she was a designer at a health technology company and at a Middle East think tank.
Charlotte is a graduate of James Madison University (2016) with a B.A. in International Affairs and Arabic Language, and she has her M.S. in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2019).
