Charlotte Lathrop is an Assistant Wargaming Fellow at the National Defense Wargaming Center at the National Defense University. Previously, they worked in international development, primary projects focused on countering violent extremism, and monitoring and evaluation. They received their Masters of Science in Conflict Studies from the London School Economics.
